Apparently, a loving wife and two children weren't enough to keep him from breaking a law. Benton Bustle too liked to steal and dress up as a clown. But because he stole more often than Kicks The Clown could ever dream of, his punishment would be more severe. Benton Bustle was hanged. But for some reason, he didn't die. The town villagers even tried decapitating him, and it work. But not only was he still alive, but he could even shrink and grow his own blood vessels to reattach his neck to his head.
